What Is Tui Na Massage?

Tui Na massage uses pressing, stretching, and mobilizing of soft tissue to promote circulation in the body and provide therapeutic benefits.

Tui Na often includes the use of acupressure points. Having Tui Na massage in conjunction with acupuncture can help to activate the body's potential and enhance the treatment results.

What Is Cupping?

Cupping is a Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment that can help to resolve chronic muscle pain and tightness faster and more effectively than massage therapy by itself.

Practitioners create a vacuum that is quickly applied to the skin. The resultant low pressure in the cup-to-body space causes a localized expansion of the tissue. This causes a vasodilatation reaction that can benefit pain conditions.

Cupping is used to increase blood flow to painful constricted areas, and to re-supply vital nutrients and oxygen to those pain points. Cupping may also be used in conjunction with acupuncture for even better results.
