Our Hong Kong registered acupuncturists determine each individual patient’s needs and then creates a customized plan, whilst being mindful of where Western medicine would be useful as well.

Acupressure is similar to acupuncture

The difference between acupuncture and acpressure is, acupuncture uses needles to stimulate pressure points whereas acupressure uses manual pressure to access those pressure points.  The aim is to clear blockages in the body's meridians. Pressure may be applied by hand, by elbow, or with various devices.

The Science Behind Acupuncture

Acupuncture originated in China around 3,500 years ago and remains one of the oldest, most commonly used systems of healing in the world. These days, science can explain its effectiveness.
